We have developed unique combinations of agri, natural, and synthetic materials that are useful in manufacturing high-energy materials, rock blasting, and mining.

The physico-chemical parameters are defined by the user industries and according to the need the mixture of salts are formulated, and manufactured for supply and use.
Relevant thermodynamic parameters are evaluated before the manufacture of the salts. Precisely 18 different thermodynamic parameters are evaluated for each salt mixture.
Some important physico-chemical parameters are oxygen factor, calorific values, and compatibility with customer-defined materials.
The oxygen factor ensures that the decomposition products are eco-friendly and green.
INORGANIC SALT - N32

It has got the potential to replace 15% of inorganic nitrates in the formulations of high-energy water gel slurry and water-in-oil emulsions products.

INTEGRATED FUEL for Water Gel Slurries (IFL-S)

We trade these materials under the nomenclature of - Integrated Fuel (IFL – S).

It has the potential to replace the synthetic fuels like sulfur and urea.

It can be used as the single fuel in water gel slurry high-energy materials. That means if it is used then no other fuels are required in the manufacture of high-energy materials.

GREEN & ECO-FRIENDLY EMULSIFIER

An emulsion is basically a mixture of two non-miscible materials. Say for example, a mixture of oil and water.

Basically, there are two types of emulsions.

Water-in-Oil Emulsion, and Oil-in-water Emulsion.

High energy emulsion product is – Water-in-Oil type.

The two immiscible liquids are mixed and kept intact by using a material. This binding material is called – emulsifier.

The quality of the emulsifier determines the quality of the emulsion product.

IPUL is in the final stage of producing an emulsifier that is GREEN & ECO-FRIENDLY.

As of now it is aimed for use in the Water-in-Oil types of Industrial emulsion products.
