AGRI BASED POLYSACCHARIDES

The polysaccharides manufactured and traded by us are Guar Gum powder, Tapioca Starch powder, Maize Starch powder, Sago powder, Sago granules, Ragi millets, and Ragi millet powder.

GUAR GUM POWDER

  • IPUL deals with a diverse varieties of guar gum to cater to fulfil the need of customers. 

  • Both the industrial grade as well as the food grade guar gum powders are dealt by IPUL.

  • Our Guar Gum powder comes with a variety of viscosity range such as from 1200 cps to 6000 cps.

  • Our Guar Gum powder has good water absorbing capacity.

  • It develops viscosity within 10 minutes.

  • With the use of a proper cross-linker our guar gum powder retains its viscosity up to a period starting from 1 month to 36 months.

  • Our guar gum powder in the aqueous media is an excellent rheology modifier.

TAPIOCA STARCH POWDER

  • IPUL deals with tapioca starch powder. 

  • It contains iron, and essential minerals that help transport oxygen throughout human body.

  • It does not contain saturate fats.

  • It can be used to in thickening gravies, stews, soups, sauces, and pie fillings.

  • Because of its water absorbing capacity it acts as a rheology modifier when used with other polysaccharides like guar gum powder. This property makes it suitable for use in industrial applications.

MAIZE STARCH POWDER

  • Maize starch powder dealt by IPUL has got wide uses in food and industrial applications.

  • It is a white, odorless carbohydrate and its powder is used as a stiffening agent and a thickener with many industrial applications. It is used in industries like (i) bakery, (ii) food and beverages, (iii) paper, (iv) textile, (v) pharmaceuticals, and (vi) mining and excavation.

  • It is used in bioplastic applications where disposable cups, straws, and bags are manufactured.

RAGI MILLET POWDER

  • IPUL deals with ragi millet powder that has both industrial and food applications.

  • It can be used as a rheology modifier when mixed and used with other polysaccharides and carbohydrates.

  • It is used to make staple foods like dosa, roti, upma, paratha, halwa, and barfi.

  • It contains high protein content and minerals.

RHEOLOGY MODIFIER

  • Depending upon the specific needs of end users we blend these materials in varying proportions to prepare mixtures. These mixtures of polysaccharides are traded under the common name of  – Anshika Polysaccharides and Rheology Modifiers (Anshika Poly). 

  • Products under the brand Anshika Poly have unique rheological characteristics to convert aqueous salt solutions to highly viscous and pseudo plastic gels. 

  • Anshika Poly products  are tailor made as per the requirement of the end users. The viscosity of the aqueous solution of Anshika Poly can rise from 100 centipoise to 200,000 centipoise within 24-hour period.

  • Some of the Anshika Poly products can retain the viscosity (water holding period) for 1-months to 36-months period.
